Актуальность: Развитие «цифровой» экономики в России является важным стратегическим направлением, определяющим конкурентоспособность страны на национальном и мировом рынке. Цель исследования: Для определения достаточности мер, предпринимаемых для повышения охвата цифровизацией сельского хозяйства Российской Федерации, проанализировано состояние и определены тенденции развития цифровых технологий в отрасли. Методология исследования: Результаты исследования и возможности их применения: Установлено место России в рейтинге мировых государств по применению цифровой экономики и использованию предназначенных для этой цели технологий, выявлены причины, препятствующие их освоению. Полученные результаты показали, что отставание в области цифровизации особенно характерно для сельского хозяйства, несмотря на объективную предрасположенность аграрного производства к применению цифровых технологий. В исследовании были задействованы в качестве экспертов преподаватели Московского государственного университета пищевых производств. Выдвинута гипотеза, что нивелированию отрыва отрасли от других сфер экономики будут способствовать меры, предпринимаемые Министерством сельского хозяйства Российской Федерации, региональными органами управления АПК, агропромышленными организациями и фермерским хозяйствам на основании выявленных в процессе анализа проблем и обоснование рекомендаций в области цифровизации разных сфер агропромышленного комплекса.
The development of the "digital" economy in Russia is an important strategic direction that determines the competitiveness of the country in the national and global market. In order to determine the sufficiency of measures taken to increase the digitalization coverage of agriculture in the Russian Federation, the state and trends in the development of digital technologies in the industry are analyzed. Along with this, Russia's place in the ranking of world states on the use of the digital economy and the use of technologies intended for this purpose has been established, the reasons preventing their development have been identified. The obtained results showed that the lag in the field of digitalization is especially characteristic of agriculture, despite the objective predisposition of agricultural production to the use of digital technologies. Teachers of the Moscow State University of Food Production were involved in the study as experts.The hypothesis is put forward that the measures taken by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, regional agribusiness management bodies, agro-industrial organizations and farms will contribute to leveling the separation of the industry from other spheres of the economy based on the problems identified during the analysis and substantiation of recommendations in the field of digitalization of various spheres of the agro-industrial complex.
